How long does it take for your liver to Acetominophin Vicodin process? I am planning a 750mg Vicodin approximately 7 clock in the morning, and I think that drinking at noon that day, but I'm not really into the liver where it is safe to destroy?

It is never safe, large pills, especially Vicodin with alcohol. Sorry, but at the Odoul or "fake beer".
