This is the most common cause of back pain is the compression at the bottom of the glass. Decompression would work. Decompression with a table inversion tables or expensive medical care. Decompression therapy stretches the spine, to a certain pressure to liberate.

Decompression therapy can help relieve back pain, but it is always best to find the cause and eliminate it. I do not know what your particular situation, but I was suffering from back pain for a long time before I decided that it was because of my bed. Hard to believe, I know.

If you find that your back pain is acute, getting out of bed in the morning, could be the cause of bed. I documented my experience with the lower back and how do we solve a bed with memory foam. Visit SIClick below for details. This is not really a commercial website (outside of AdSense, my monthly hosting fee is charged), it could not reach it, a good domain name, because many of the foam with the words "memory" taken

You probably have a hard drive problem. Do you see a neurologist or orthopedist for X-rays and the cause of your pain.
While standing or walking shoes should contribute more support for your feet and arches.
